Returns

General Information

  • You may return all items sold within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • You will receive 80 percent of the each item’s purchase if each item is returned:

Undamaged and in condition similar to when shipped to you;
With all packaging materials and documents; and
With a copy of the sales receipt or copy of your internet order.

Damaged Items

You must report damaged items to us within 3 business days of receipt.  Otherwise, we are not able to accept returns for damaged items.  This policy includes drop-ship orders.  If you drop ship orders, please ensure that your customer is aware.

Process

  • To return an item to Wholesale Jewelry Zone, please complete the following:

1)  Email us (sales@wholesalejewelryzone.com) with: your order number, the name of the item and date purchased.  Please indicate preference for an exchange or refund.

2)  A customer service representative will respond to your email within 48-72 hours (usually much sooner).

3)  Return the unused item(s) and all packaging. We recommend that you ship the item insured as no refund is available for items that are damaged/lost in transit.

4)  Send item(s) to:

Once your authorized return is received it will be reviewed and your purchase will be refunded or an exchange will be shipped.
